Qualifications: ? Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field. Master's degree preferred. ? Valid teaching certification in Special Education. ? Proven experience in delivering virtual instruction to students with special needs. ? Strong understanding of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and the ability to create and implement effective strategies and accommodations. ? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and fellow team members. ? Tech-savvy and proficient in utilizing virtual teaching platforms, educational software, and assistive technologies. ? Passionate about fostering inclusivity, empathy, and respect within the virtual learning environment. ? Ability to adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs of students with disabilities. ? Patience, flexibility, and a sense of humor are must-have qualities.
