Role Overview
? Start Date: ASAP
? Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week
? Work Style: 100% Remote
? Focus Area: K-8 Duties include direct support, progress monitoring, case management, and IEP preparation.
? Additional Details: Caseload specifics will be discussed during the interview. Pay is based on district budgets and candidate qualifications.

Qualifications Needed
? Master?s degree in Special Education (preferred)
? Familiarity with virtual service delivery (preferred but not required)
? Current Ohio Educator License in Special Education (K-12)
? Five or more years of experience in Special Education

Technical and Administrative Expectations
? Proof of personal liability insurance is required before starting.
? Independent contractor position with self-directed responsibilities.
? Dependable home computer and stable high-speed internet connection.
? Completion of a basic technology skills assessment.
