You will assist with troubleshooting, guide customers through product features, and provide information regarding orders, shipping, and company policies. Your ability to communicate clearly and effectively will be crucial in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

This role requires excellent written communication skills, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and a keen attention to detail. You will also be expected to document all customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
