OVERVIEW
We?re looking for a detail-oriented Operations Data Analyst to join our team and help drive operational improvements. In this role, you?ll analyze key business data, identify trends and inefficiencies, and turn complex data into actionable insights. Your work will support cross-functional teams in streamlining processes, optimizing performance, and improving overall operational efficiency. RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Data Extraction & Analysis: Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze large datasets, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. ? Performance Monitoring: Evaluate key metrics across sales, operations, supply chain, fulfillment, and customer service to identify trends and inefficiencies. ? Insight Generation: Conduct root cause analysis of performance issues and provide data-backed recommendations to drive improvements. ? Reporting & Dashboards: Design, build, and maintain automated reports and dashboards in Power BI to support real-time decision-making. ? Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, finance, operations, and technology teams to define and solve business challenges using data. ? Data Storytelling: Translate raw data into actionable insights and present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. ? KPI Development: Define, track, and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) to align with business objectives and drive continuous improvement. ? Process Optimization: Identify areas for operational efficiency and support process improvement initiatives using data-driven methodologies. ? A/B Testing: Help design and evaluate A/B tests to inform operational strategies and business decisions.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

3-5 years of experience in a Business Intelligence, Data Analyst, or Operations Analyst role.
Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Expert-level skills in Excel (VBA/macros a plus).
Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
Solid understanding of operational metrics, business processes, and performance tracking.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to apply statistical methods to business problems.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear, digestible manner.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to work with large datasets and ambiguous problems.

PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED:
? Experience with Python and/or R for data analysis and automation.
? Experience with ERP, WMS, or other operations-focused systems.
? Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
