What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Analyze complex financial and clinical scenarios to support decision-making for population health initiatives
? Provide decision support analyses to monitor financial and operational performance across various departments
? Prepare routine and special management reports to facilitate ongoing operations and decision-making
? Conduct and present analyses that drive improved delivery of value-based care
? Maintain current knowledge of government regulations and healthcare industry trends

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Health Care Administration, or Computer Science
? Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or analytics within health insurance or healthcare fields
? Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
? Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g. PowerBI, Business Objects, Strata)
? Good communication skills, including verbal communication and business writing

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Experience with Epic preferred
? Competent ability to create queries in SQL or other query languages preferred
