Compensation:

$100,000 at plan commission Responsibilities: ? Follow-up with leads to increase sales ? Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales ? Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth ? Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal ? Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community ? Prospect and cultivate relationships with potential clients to build your pipeline. ? Guide buyers and sellers through the real estate transaction process. ? Conduct market analyses to determine property values and pricing strategies. ? Create and execute marketing plans for property listings, including digital and traditional advertising. ? Schedule and host open houses, property showings, and client meetings. ? Negotiate offers, contracts, and terms to achieve the best outcomes for your clients. ? Stay updated on local market trends, industry standards, and real estate regulations. ? Collaborate with team members and leverage company resources to provide exceptional service. Qualifications: ? Technology driven ? Organized and manages time effectively ? Self-motivation and drive ? Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) ? A successful and proven sales history is preferred ? Licensed real estate agents (or those in the process of obtaining a license). ? Self-starters who thrive in a flexible, entrepreneurial environment. ?
