- Job Description:American Airlines Group is seeking a Remote Customer Service Specialist to join our team based in Indianapolis, Indiana on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level Remote Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our passengers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat...Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting customers with booking flights, changing reservations, and providing information on airline policies and procedures
- Handling customer complaints and escalating issues as needed
- Providing support to customers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors or passengers with disabilities
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Utilizing company systems and software to access and update customer information
- Participating in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on airline products and services Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
- Resourceful and able to think creatively to deliver solutions
- Demonstrated cooperation and teamwork skills
- Must have a quiet workspace and reliable high-speed internet connection Benefits:
