Key Responsibilities

? Review data for discrepancies or errors, correct them, and verify accuracy.
? Compare data entries with source documents to ensure consistency.
? Update and retrieve data as needed to keep information current and accessible.
? Perform regular data backups to ensure information preservation.
? Organize and maintain files and records for easy data retrieval.
? Collaborate with team members to resolve data entry issues.
? Safeguard the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Requirements
? Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar role.
? Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
? Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect and correct errors.
? Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
? Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
? Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
? High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data management or related fields are a plus.
