Job Title: Medical Customer Service Representative
Pay Rate: $16/hr. Weekly Pay Plus Benefits!
Schedule Availability: Mon-Sat. 8am-10pm CST (MUST BE ABLE TO WORK AN 8-HOUR SHIFT BETWEEN HOURS OF OPERATION)
Start date: OCTOBER 2024

What You Will Do Day To Day?
? Answer inbound calls and make some outbound calls assisting with medically related inquires.
? Using computer skills for data entry.
? Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information.
? Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program.
? Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient.
Requirements
? Provide positive customer service and empathy.
? Must have High Speed Internet with modem access.
? Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
? Basic knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes (preferred).
? Excellent customer service skills with a patient-focused attitude.
? Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
? Strong multitasking and organizational skills
