Key Responsibilities
Accurately input customer orders into our order processing system, ensuring completeness and timeliness of information.
Address customer inquiries related to their orders, providing prompt and professional assistance.
Efficiently process orders to meet delivery deadlines while addressing any changes, cancellations, or discrepancies.
Track order status and liaise with logistics, sales, and customer service teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
Maintain precise records and update order processing systems in real-time.
Engage in initiatives aimed at improving processes for enhanced accuracy and efficiency.

Required Skills
Proven experience in order entry, data processing, or a customer service-oriented role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with order entry systems.
