Key Responsibilities
? Conduct virtual assessments, evaluations, and testing to identify student needs.
? Develop and implement personalized Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique strengths and challenges.
? Deliver engaging instruction through a user-friendly online platform.
? Collaborate with parents, teachers, and professionals to ensure a comprehensive educational approach for each student.
? Maintain accurate records, including progress reports and compliance documentation.

Qualifications
? Master's degree or higher in Special Education or a related field.
? Valid state teaching certification in Special Education.
? Minimum of 2 years of experience in Special Education with a successful track record.
? Proficient in virtual instructional technology and tools.
? Excellent communication skills, capable of fostering strong connections with students and colleagues in a virtual setting.
? A commitment to understanding and catering to the diverse needs of all students.
