Sales Associate Job Responsibilities: ? Welcoming customers into the store ? Staying knowledgeable about all the brands sold in store ? Explaining to customers the best products for their needs ? Recommending related products to increase customers? options and enrich the shopping experience ? Directing customers to merchandise within the store. ? Increasing in store sales.

Job Requirements/Qualifications
? Must be 18 years of age or older.
? Must have a high school diploma/GED.
? Excellent communication skills.
? Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
? The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
? People skills
? Regular attendance is essential to this position in order to ensure adequate coverage to meet company objectives.
? Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
? Product knowledge
? Energy level
? 1-2 years of retail experience desired
