What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Develop and implement effective selling skills while managing an assigned customer account base

? Prepare yearly budgets for assigned customer base, focusing on new customer development
? Maintain a current knowledge of automotive products and market developments

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in customer service, telemarketing, or automotive aftermarket sales
? Extensive knowledge of automotive parts; import knowledge is a plus
? Proficiency in using technology tools for customer management and data entry
? Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
? Ability to work independently and adapt positively to a changing environment
