Senior Sales trainer (remote work)

The Role

You Will Be Responsible For
? Conduct onboarding of new sales specialists
? Develop a methodology for working with sales specialists
? Conduct seminars, workshops, and individual training sessions to enhance sales performance;
? Identify gaps in sales performance and develop targeted training solutions;
? Audit, monitor and provide critical and constructive feedback to the Sales Teams;
? Develop new sales skills in the employees;
? Provide regular feedback to the Management;
? Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and sales techniques to continuously enhance training content and delivery methods.

Ideal Profile
? You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Professional Services.
? You possess excellent communication, interpersonal skills and presentation skills with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organisation.
? You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
? You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
? You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
