Solutions Principal - Education/Facilitator LTL

Routinely creates and/or leads teams in design, development and implementation of innovative and replicable solutions using modeling techniques, database tools, products/materials and/or programs. Makes recommendations for highly complex sales opportunities and solutions when leading large cross department project teams.

Essential Functions
? Effectively interacts with executives on a routine basis and/or is assigned as an informal leader, coach, or mentor to less senior staff.
? May represent executive management at meetings or functions.
? Provides presentations or acts on behalf of executive management.
? Exhibits executive business etiquette and knowledge.
? Acts independently on behalf of department or division.
? Perform other duties as assigned.

Additional Responsibilities
? Creates and leads comprehensive training programs, including training materials and curriculum that align with organizational goals, ensuring that sales professionals are well-equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools
? Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including sales leadership, to develop and deliver relevant and timely instruction
? Facilitates onboarding education/training for external new hires into the Freight sales force
? Facilitates ad-hoc training sessions, workshops, and strategy meetings to ensure continuous improvement

Minimum Education

Bachelor-s Degree or equivalent in business, finance, marketing, mathematics, a quantitative discipline or related field.

Minimum Experience

Six (6) years experience in design, development and/or implementing sales/customer solutions to complex business situations.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Has advanced analytical skills with business software modeling techniques and database tools and approaches.

Ability to plan and work on multiple projects and produce high impact results.

Demonstrated ability to lead executive level projects.

Advanced interpersonal skills.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to provide executive level presentations.

Preferred Qualifications: ?Exceptional verbal communication skills, with experience as a sales education facilitator/trainer; able to successfully deliver a message, engage with the audience, provide clear and concise instruction, and maintain authenticity and credibility.? ?Ability to create learning content including graphics, video, infographics, explainer, and image. Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite. Strong understanding of FedEx sales, sales methodologies, and processes.?

Pay Transparency: ?This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors? ?permitted by law. Pay: ?Memphis, TN Pay Range: $8,452.14/month - $11,410.38/month?
