As a Call Center Representative, you'll be the voice of Southwest Airlines, assisting customers with inquiries, booking flights, providing flight updates, handling changes, and delivering a positive experience. Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls from customers with professionalism and efficiency
Assist with booking, changing, or canceling flight reservations
Provide flight status updates and answer general inquiries
Resolve customer issues or concerns in a timely and courteous manner
Offer solutions and ensure customer satisfaction
Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Previous customer service experience (preferably in a call center or airline setting)

Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
