Requirements: Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and a friendly, positive attitude. Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure. High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred but not required). Experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory. Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate digital communication platforms (email, chat, etc.). Must be self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
