We have a fantastic new opportunity for a UPS Engineer- UK South to join our Field Service team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a first-class service for Eaton installed base products to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will be responsible for commissioning, preventive maintenance and product repairs.
What you'll do:
? Fault diagnoses on UPS systems
? Understand on-line and line-interactive UPS systems
? Carry out preventative maintenance on existing install base
? Carry out commissioning and repair on all types of UPS systems
? Setup and configure remote monitoring software
? Communicate with key stakeholders on a technical level
? Apply anti-static policies and procedures
? Apply ECN process to all repairs
Qualifications: ? Previous experience in the UPS related services ? Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex engineering challenges ? Full UK Driver's license and flexibility to travel as expected
