Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Virtual Scheduler/Customer Service in the Hospitality industry. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring exceptional customer service experiences for travelers.
Responsibilities: ? Assist customers with booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and car rentals ? Provide information on travel destinations, visa requirements, and travel advisories ? Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner ? Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth travel experiences for customers ? Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in travel regulations
Qualifications: ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ? Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail ? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously ? Previous customer service experience preferred ? Knowledge of travel booking systems and software a plus
