Job Description

Responsibilities
? Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
? Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within the time limits.
? Follow up to ensure resolution.
? Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
? Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
? Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
? Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.

Requirements
? Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
? Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
? Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
? Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
? Excellent communication and presentation skills.
? Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
? High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Educational Qualifications
? High school diploma or equivalent required.
? Additional customer service training or certifications are a plus.
