Compensation
? $90,000 to $110,000 Annual base salary (based on experience)

Responsibilities
? Oversee compliance with state and federal workers compensation regulations, ensuring all claims are handled within legal guidelines.
? Conduct regular audits of workers compensation claim files to verify compliance with applicable laws, policies, and company procedures.
? Identify potential compliance issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
? Collaborate with the claims team to resolve compliance-related concerns and ensure accurate documentation.
? Monitor changes in workers compensation laws and regulations, and communicate updates to relevant teams.

Requirements
? Bachelor?s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
? Minimum of 5 years of experience handling workers compensation claims in Colorado.
? Strong knowledge of Colorado workers compensation laws and regulations.
? Jurisdictional knowledge of UT, ID, NM, and MT a plus!
? Excellent analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
? Ability to guide Adjusters through compliance issues and work independently in a fast-paced environment
