Responsibilities :
Peninsula Steel is seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our dedicated Customer Service team. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and ensuring efficient product delivery.
Responsibilities :
? Reach out to existing and potential customers to address their needs and explore sales opportunities.
? Serve as an internal account coordinator for designated accounts.
? Cultivate relationships with new clients to expand our customer base.
? Provide accurate quotes, enter orders into the system, and follow up on transactions.
? Collaborate with the Sales team to share insights on potential sales leads.
? Ensure timely and quality delivery of customer orders, liaising with logistics as needed.
? Support fellow Inside Sales Representatives in managing and growing their accounts.
? Recommend suitable products to customers based on their requirements.
? Address customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and credit terms.
? Offer ongoing support and consultation to clients.
? Distribute product samples and catalogs to interested customers.
? Identify potential customers through business directories and referrals.
? Stay updated on market trends, product developments, and competitors' activities.
? Gather credit information on prospective clients and facilitate order processing.
? Engage in negotiations with retail partners to enhance product visibility and promotion.
? Coordinate the resolution of customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
? Uphold a high standard of customer service to reinforce client loyalty.
? Enter orders efficiently using SAP software.
Qualifications :
? Proficient in English (Advanced level).
? High School Diploma or equivalent education.
? 2 years of experience in customer service or inside sales roles.
? Experience in call centers, particularly for bilingual campaigns, is advantageous.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and SAP software.
? Strong verbal and written communication skills.
? Active listening abilities and critical thinking.
? Exceptional attention to detail.
Location : This position is exclusively open to residents of Nuevo Leon, Mexico.
