What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Collaborate with Franchisees and departments to manage client accounts and optimize payment cycles
• Assist Franchise Owners with updating billing schedules and processing invoices
• Manage ticketing system to resolve customer and franchise issues efficiently
• Conduct monthly revenue analysis to ensure accurate reporting and address discrepancies
• Handle high volume of collection activities to maximize cash receipts and reduce outstanding balances

What is Required (Qualifications):
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of one year experience in a fast-paced office environment
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Ability to pass a background check including Motor Vehicle Report
• Strong communication and customer service skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience with billing and accounts receivable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Familiarity with accounting software such as Sage Intacct
• Passion for teamwork and collaboration within the workplace
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
