Duties & Responsibilities: ? Review payroll quality reports to ensure payroll is processed accurately ? Process payroll information by overseeing the process of calculating, posting, and disbursing payments according to the payroll schedule ? Resolves payroll variances by collecting and analyzing large data sets ? Process CRM cases as assigned, including payroll adjustments ? Process involuntary deductions such as levies and garnishments ? Respond to garnishment or court orders by the requested dates ? Communicate with creditors and attorneys to gather necessary documentation and resolve any discrepancies ? Process garnishment refunds ? Research and process returned checks ? Unclaimed Property/Uncashed Checks Processing: research and process payments ? Receive, process, and respond to requests for audit documentations ? Create cases utilizing case management systems; internally and externally ? Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures ? Support functional areas with other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education: Associate Degree in Finance related field preferred

Experience: 1+ years of payroll, accounting, banking, operations, or clerical experience
